Roma Tower: A New Landmark in Warsaw

AKIPIA investment group has joined the development of Roma Tower, one of Poland’s most luxurious residential skyscrapers, as lead investor.
Rising to 170 metres in the heart of Warsaw, Roma Tower will offer ultra-luxury residences. The building will have 48 above-ground floors and six underground levels, comprising 357 apartments and premium amenities including a wellness area with a 25-metre swimming pool and a private cinema. The interiors will be designed by the renowned Italian studio Pininfarina.
The project is being developed by established Polish real estate companies Liebrecht & wooD and BBI Development, together with the Pro Bonum Foundation. Its total value is estimated at up to EUR 820 million (approximately CZK 20 billion).
Roma Tower has obtained its building permit. The official presentation of the project, including final visualisations, and the start of apartment sales are planned for 2027.
