Personal data we process
We process only the data you provide to us or that arises from your use of this website: identification and contact details (name, e-mail, phone number, company and position) when you contact us, the content of our communication, and technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to the extent necessary to operate and secure the website.
Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data to respond to your enquiries and to communicate about investment opportunities and partnerships (our legitimate interest, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract), to operate, secure and improve the website (our legitimate interest), and to comply with our legal obligations. Your personal data may be accessed by companies within the AKIPIA Group and by carefully selected service providers acting on our behalf, such as IT, hosting and communication providers, who are bound by confidentiality and data processing agreements.
