AKIPIA Enters the Development of Poland’s Most Luxurious Skyscraper
Prague / Warsaw, 5 October 2026
Czech investment group AKIPIA is entering the development of Poland’s most luxurious skyscraper. Warsaw’s Roma Tower is set to rise to a height of 170 metres and offer ultra-luxury residences. For the newly established group of three independent investors, Michal Strnad, Tomáš Brzobohatý and Marek Šmrha, this marks another significant real estate project within a short period of time.
Roma Tower will become one of the new landmarks in the heart of the Polish capital. The building will feature 48 above-ground floors and six underground levels, offering 357 luxury apartments, and, among other amenities, a unique wellness area with a 25-metre swimming pool and a private cinema. Interior design will be handled by the renowned Italian design studio Pininfarina.
The total value of the project is estimated at up to CZK 20 billion, with AKIPIA entering the project as the lead investor.
“The development of a new landmark in Warsaw fully aligns with our group’s investment strategy. We aim to participate in projects of exceptional value that will endure for generations to come.”
The project is being developed by real estate companies established in Poland: Liebrecht & wooD and BBI Development together with the Pro Bonum Foundation. The project has already obtained a building permit, and construction is scheduled to begin in autumn 2026.
“We have a few years of hard work ahead of us, with the ultimate goal of creating an exceptional residential product not only for Warsaw, but for the entire region.”
Roma Tower is the first residential project in Poland to receive the highest possible Fitwel rating of 3 Stars. Fitwel is an international certification system designed to promote health, well-being and physical activity in buildings.
